A connector for Claude or ChatGPT that builds and ships apps for you — it manages Railway (hosting) and, optionally, GitHub (your code).
Before you start: custom connectors require a paid plan on Claude or ChatGPT — they aren't available on the free tiers. Check your provider's current plans to see which ones include custom connectors.
What this is. A "connector" gives your AI assistant — Claude or ChatGPT — the ability to act in:
Railway — where your app actually runs (servers, database, deploys).
GitHub — where your code is stored. Optional; add it whenever.
You describe what you want in plain English, and your assistant creates the project, writes the code, and deploys it — acting as you, securely.
Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address above → save. ChatGPT: turn on developer mode in Settings, then add a connector using the same address.
Click Connect, then Log in with Railway and approve.
Test it — ask your assistant: "list my Railway projects."
✓ GitHub is connected. Your assistant can read and write your code — try "create a repo and push a hello-world app".
